About US

Girls Who Code Bartow is a member of Girls Who Code Clubs, an organization that promotes education related to computer science for girls in sixth through twelfth grades. Their mission is to close the gender gap in technology. Through this fifteen week program, the girls in GWC Bartow worked hard on their group's chosen issues and put together three Computer Science Impact Projects. Using various coding platforms, the girls learned core elements of STEM and how to work together in a group setting. Feel free to check out the groups' projects, linked below, and stay tuned for future coding programs at the Bartow County Public Library!
